What Clients are Saying
“My wife and I have had a bad experience in the past with Real Estate agents due to our lack of knowledge in this area. We were recommended to Peter Sarmas from Street Advocate to help guide us through the process of our property sale.
We found Peter to be very knowledgable, proactive and CLEAR with the direction we would undertake, including guidance through the sale of our property during the challenging Covid-19 period.
Peter investigated the best agents for the program, providing recommendations for our approval. Peter also recommended suggestions to refresh the property to maximise our sales potential.
Upon our agreement, Peter co-ordinated a brilliant transformation to the property and we were thrilled with the results.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Peter as your Vendor Advocate to sell your property.”
